Before you buy
We want to make your purchase experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Please read the following paragraphs to understand the purchase process better.
How to order:
To purchase CiCLO® staple fiber or filament yarn, send us a message using the contact form on this page.Our sales team will contact you and provide you with quotes and lead times for your required specs. While we always encourage the customer to purchase stock items to avoid MOQ's and longer lead times, make-to-order is also a very popular choice.
A CiCLO® Certificate of Authenticity (CCOA) will be provided with each purchase at no extra charge.

Quantity and availability:
For made to order polyester filament yarns, MOQ is usually 3 to 5 tons.
For made to order nylon filament yarns, MOQ is usually 1 to 2 tons.
Please check with our sales team for available stock specs, or if you cannot meet these MOQ quantities.
Spinning polyester fibers are generally in stock, for other staple fiber specs please check with our sales team.
​In addition to common spec polyester fibers and yarns, we also offer specialty products such as high tenacity yarns for threads, monofilaments, nylon staple fibers, etc.

Lead time:
Made to order items are available generally between 1 to 2 months from the time of order.
Hangtag process (fabric/retail item certification process):
Retail items made with CiCLO® fibers should carry CiCLO® Hangtags or labels.
You will receive a CCOA (CiCLO® Certificate Of Authenticity) with your fiber purchase, which is needed for Hangtag requests, however, the CCOA by itself is NOT sufficient authorisation to use the CiCLO trademark on the fabric or the retail item. Permission to use the CiCLO trademark and associated marketing claims and marketing materials must be obtained from IAM prior to use.
